Apple, lime & Kale Smoothie Recipe
Kale is rich in vitamin B and should be a staple of your diet. As well as being incredibly healthy and nutritious kale is also filled with antioxidants. You can use the following recipe to make a delicious kale smoothie.
- 300 ml/1.27 cups of water
- 1 large green apple, cut into pieces
- 1 large pear, cut into pieces
- 200 grams of kale, washed and cut into large pieces
- 60 grams of fresh mint
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey
- Juice from either a lemon or a lime
Put everything into a blender and blend until you have a uniform liquid. Put it in a glass and start enjoying your tasty and nutritious smoothie at any time of day.
