Ingredients:

  • 300 ml/1.27 cups of water
  • 1 large green apple, cut into pieces
  • 1 large pear, cut into pieces
  • 200 grams of kale, washed and cut into large pieces
  • 60 grams of fresh mint
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
  • Juice from either a lemon or a lime

Preparation:

Put everything into a blender and blend until you have a uniform liquid. Put it in a glass and start enjoying your tasty and nutritious smoothie at any time of day.
