- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla

- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 500ml of water
How to Prepare it:
Mix the cinnamon, vanilla, and water in a bowl. Heat up the mixture until it starts to boil. When it begins to boil lower the heat and add the oats. Boil the mixture for a few minutes before removing it from the heat.
