Cinnamon & Honey Drink

Boil the water on the stove and let it cool for a short time. Don’t add the ingredients to hot water or you can damage them and ruin their healing properties. Add the cinnamon and the honey after the water has cooled down and leave it for around 20 minutes. Add the fresh lemon juice before drinking. Drink half (150ml) of the mixture in the morning and the other half at night. Do this every day and you will find it much easier to lose weight.
