Garlic, Ginger, Flaxseed & Grapefruit – Juice Recipe For Liver Cleanse
Your liver is one of the most important organs you have because it works non-stop to nullify and remove the harmful materials found in your favorite foods. While the liver is part of many of the vital functions in you body it’s all too easy to damage it and to stop it from functioning properly.
- 17oz/500ml of cool, pre-boiled water
- 6 fresh lemons
- Ginger root
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
- 3 grapefruits
- A pinch of cumin powder
Start out by squeezing the juice from the citrus fruits and put it to the side. Cut the ginger and the garlic up into small pieces then place the chunks in a bowl and add some of the water. Let the mixture rest for a short time then place everything into your blender. Blend well and serve immediately.
