Homemade Remedy Against Painful Joints – Knees, Elbows, Shoulders
By using some great medicinal ingredients you can find joint pain relief.
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Mix all of the ingredients together to create a mixture. Put the mixture in a container and leave it in the fridge.
How to Use:
Apply the balm where you feel joint pain, put a plastic bag over it, and wrap it in a woollen scarf. Leave the balm for at least 2 hours. It’s best to apply the balm before bed and leave it on overnight. Then wash away the balm in the morning.
Apply the balm for 4-5 days to get the best results.
