Homemade Syrup For Ejecting Mucus Out Of The Lungs
This home made syrup can get rid of the mucus in your lungs and is great for keeping children healthy.
- 1 tablespoon of marshmallow root (Althaea Officinalis)
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon of sage
- 1 sliced lemon
- 250ml of water
- 1 cup of Pure Maple Syrup or 8.8oz/250g of brown sugar
Place the water in a small saucepan and add the pure maple syrup/brown sugar. Preheat the pure maple syrup on a medium heat or, if using brown sugar, preheat the sugar on a medium heat until it melts. Add the other ingredients and lower the heat. Take the saucepan off the heat after around 15 minutes and strain the mixture.
Drink a tablespoon of the syrup three times a day. Use the mixture until there are improvements and you’ve gotten rid of the cough. Store the syrup in the fridge.
