Apple Cinnamon Water – Natural Detox Drink

- 1 thinly sliced apple – you can use any kind of apple but Fuji and HoneyCrisp apples work best because they are the sweetest apples
- 1 fresh cinnamon stick
- Cold water
- A large pitcher for serving
Put the apples in the bottom of the pitcher (but set some aside for the glass) and then drop in the cinnamon stick. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice and then add some water. Keep in mind that there will be a bit of flavor to the water so for a stronger taste you should add more apple or slice it thinner.
Drink a glass of this water before your meals and keep any extra in the fridge. Just don’t store it for more than three days.
