Lemon Balm Tea Against Chronic Headaches and Migraine

- 1 soup spoon of dry, squeezed Lemon balm
- 120 ml of hot water
1 soup spoon of dry, squeezed Lemon balm should be poured in 120 ml of hot water, left to stand still for 10 minutes and afterwards it should be strained. One should drink the whole quantity of this tea in the course of a day, sip by sip.
