Natural Beverage For Cleansing Fatty Liver

- 125 grams of fresh cabbage
- 1 lemon
- 25 grams of celery
- 250 grams of fresh pears
- A piece of ginger around 2cm long
- 500 ml of water
- 10 grams of mint
Chop up the cabbage, pears, celery and ginger and put the small pieces in a blender with a cup of water. Blend everything together to create a homogenous mixture. Then add the lemon juice, the mint, and any remaining water. Blend everything together once more. You can drink the mixture right away and for the best results you should drink it once in the morning and again in the evening.
