Tropical Turmeric Smoothie
It sounds great and this delicious and nutritious combination can be yours when you prepare this turmeric smoothie for yourself. It’s important that you don’t leave these ingredients in the juicer/blender for too long. It can break them up too much and destroy their healing properties. You should not replace the hemp or coconut milk with regular milk. If you want to replace it with anything then use almond milk.
- 1 cup of hemp or coconut milk
- 1 fresh banana
- ½ a cup of frozen pineapple or mango
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- ½ a teaspoon of ginger
- ½ a teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of maca root powder
Gather your ingredients and put them in the blender and mix it up until you have a nice and smooth texture. Drink this turmeric smoothie first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. It’s the ideal way to increase your antioxidant intake and boost your energy levels.
